At Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks, we stand behind the quality of our jerky and snacks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or call us with your order number and details regarding the specific snack products you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the items back to our facility.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened or qualifying products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned snacks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
